Newly decorated rooms with TV. Always very polite staff. Sensational breakfast with plenty of food. Excellent and absolutely perfect location close to the town centre and train station. Friendly check-in.

The Best Western Gustaf Wasa Hotel boasts a perfect location right next to a large shopping center that features a variety of restaurants, IKEA, and a shopping mall. It is conveniently located near both bus and train stations, as well as the main railway station in Borlange. the staff are welcoming and friendly, and the breakfast provided is quite satisfactory. it’s a great choice for anyone visiting the area!

It was nice an clean rooms, central location, free parking if you have a car, close to skiing in Romme Alpin. They had a relax room with pool and sauna. They also had a restaurant in the same building - which is convenient. I am very happy with the breakfast - it had everything!!!

The pool was very small - you can not swim just take a dip. The restaurant food is poor. If you are going to serve "low-class-food" like hamburgers and chips - why not make it from fresh products??? Why does the restaurant buy dry ready-made hamburger bread? Why dont they make the chips themselves? Why do they make dishes from frozen fish and chicken? Please step it up and improve the quality. Right now it does not rime with a four star hotel.

The hotel's location is fantastic, right next to the main railway station in Borlange. It is conveniently situated near a shopping centre, restaurants, IKEA, a shopping mall, and the bus and train stations. it is very close to the bus stop for easy travel to various destinations.

The bead was ok and room size comfortable, big enough. Also quiet. A bit too hot and could not find the thermostat to adjust room temperature...

It was Midsommer fest and e.g. restaurant was closed...this was not good.

Rooms are functional and big with a TV. the food is good. the breakfast is reasonably good, includes plenty of meals. Can recommend this hotel. It wasn't very visible from the outside/street. It turned out to be better and larger than it looked on the inside.

Small and rather cold swimming pool, no hot tube (while indicated in certain documents) - overall the hotel deserves some renovation / refresh (eg outdated rooms, no air conditoning...)
